After launching an initial trio of scents in 2011 which aimed to capture the spirit of the polo shirt poured into a bottled fragrance, Lacoste are following through with a fourth perfume for men in the same range, Eau de Lacoste Red EDT

The eau de toilette is a spicy woody mix combining with thirst-quenching, gustatory notes.

The spice blend includes black pepper from Madagascar, ginger from India and cardamom pods from Guatemala. The gustatory facet is represented by chilled red Roïbos tea, spicy mandarin liqueur and mango. Warm base notes include acacia wood, golden benzoin and labdanum.

The first men’s fragrance from Mercedes Benz has been created in partnership with the INCC Group, it comes in addition to the existing range of high-end accessories, which already includes watches, eye wear, travel kits etc.

Mercedes-Benz may be better known for making some of the fastest and most luxurious automobiles in the world, but being a brand that carries with it a certain up-market persona, its collection of lifestyle accessories have certainly grown in popularity, and so the addition of a new fragrance for men was only a matter of time.

Even the world of fragrance is not new to Mercedes-Benz. The company already offers exclusively developed perfumes for the atomisers in its Maybach models and in the Mercedes-Benz S 600 Pullman. Adding a fragrant flair to its perfume portfolio is newly developed the Mercedes Benz Perfume. Composed by perfumer Olivier Cresp (Firmeinich), the first German auto giant men’s fragrance was launched on the 19th of Sep at the TFWA World Exhibition.

The cool top note features Calabrian bergamot, lemon essence and Italian mandarin. The middle note is a warm, spicy mix of bourbon pepper, nutmeg, violet and galbanum resin. The base note provides a spicy finish to the perfume and includes American cedar wood, vetyver grass and patchouli.

Created in partnership with the INCC Group, the new Mercedes Benz Perfume will be available from selected specialist retailers from the first quarter of 2012, as an eau de toilette, after shave, deodorant and shower and body gel.

The New York fashion brand has partnered with celebrity jeweler Martin Katz to create the first million-dollar fragrance bottle for charity. The new perfume will launch with this amazing debut bottle which will be auctioned off.

It is made from 14-karat yellow and white gold, featuring almost 3,000 precious stones sourced from all over the world.Including a turquoise Paraiba tourmaline from Brazil, an oval cabochon sapphire from Sri Lanka, round pink diamonds from Australia, round rose cut diamonds, an oval cut ruby and a pear shape rose cut diamond, the gemstones were handplaced by Katz to form the skyline of Manhattan that is so closely associated with DKNY.

It could be the ad where Bieber is seen appearing in a girl’s bedroom when she sprays the fragrance, or the fruity scent, which did it but Bieber mania is also affecting his new perfume venture.

Justin Bieber’s Someday is on track to be 2011′s biggest seller apparently, with bottles of the heartthrob’s first female fragrance being highly sought after since it went on sale on June 23rd.

In just one month, Someday has managed $3 million (£1.9 million) in sales and is now expected to be one of the biggest-selling scents of 2011.

Industry insiders are already comparing it to Jennifer Lopez’s Glow and Curious by Britney Spears.

Terry Lundgren, president of Macy’s, which sold the fragrance exclusively after its launch, said: ‘Justin Bieber’s Someday fragrance, propelled by Justin’s incredible personal appearance at Macy’s Herald Square, has resonated with our customers, and has now become the biggest celebrity fragrance launch on record.’

The social diva Kim Kardashian was photographed while launching her perfume “Kim Kardashian Gold” at Macys in Aventura, Flordia on May 14. The 30-year-old American socialite stepped out in a fun and elegant bright dress and soon became the centre of attraction.

The model and actress Kim Kardashian looked eye-catching wearing a trendy multi-colored belted dress. The stunning beauty paired her dress with a pair of beautiful Christian Louboutin sky-high heels.

The bottle and the box retain the original form, emphasizing deep golden tones combined with black. The fragrance is available as Eau de Parfum in bottles of 50ml and 100 ml.

Now back to Kim, at one time I found her fairly annoying as she seemed to be just pursuing celebrity for celebrity status. However over time I have warmed to her as she seems to have rounded out and made some good choices in her life after some reckless points. There is no denying she is a beautiful woman, and once i get my hands on sone of her “Gold”, who knows, maybe i will like her even more!
